Mobile Homes

Lots
Residential lots with service are currently available for $825. At the present time we have four serviced lots available. The town purchase policy for these lots are as follows:
-Must built within 365 days after the day of purchase
-Building permit requied
-Tile will be transfered at that time.

Seniors Housing
Seniors wishing to remain in their own homes may take advantage of two services; Home Care and Meals on Wheels. Home Care is available by arrangement with the Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region and provides personal care and house keeping services. Meals on Wheels provides hot meals to seniors and shut-ins and is delivered by local volunteers.
Independent Living - Some seniors may also qualify for Veterans assistance, CMHC and Sask. Housing programs to allow them to remain independent as long as possible. For more information contact:

Several levels of rental housing options are available for seniors or no longer wishing to shoulder the responsibility of home ownership. Seniors duplex units provide the opportunity for independent living with a lighter workload. The Whitewood Lodge provides apartment style living and Green Street Apartments, a community setting for more security and companionship.

The Whitewood Nursing home provides level 4 and respite care for seniors no longer able to care for themselves.
Family housing
The Whitewood Housing Authority also administers the family & affordable housing program with detached houses, 2 & 3 bedroom duplexes. Rental rates based on income.
